Twitter Co-Tweets feature is now available for some users: What is it

The Co-Tweets feature will allow one user to upload a tweet and then invite another user to the tweet and can tag them as a co-author. However, currently, the second author needs to approve the tweet before it becomes co-authored and for now, it seems like the replies will be going to the main author of the tweet.
