IT company's CEO posted this crying selfie after firing employees; gets slammed

HyperSocial CEO Braden Wallake has been slammed widely for posting a photo of himself in tears online after firing some of the company's employees. In a long thread on LinkedIn, Wallake, who founded Hyper Social in 2016, posted a lengthy message explaining how devastated he feels after the sacking of employees.
