Bill Gates, Ratan Tata, Narayan Murthy and other celebrities lost verified blue ticks on Twitter

Twitter has started removing the blue checkmarks from its platform. For the uninitiated, the blue ticks were verification badges which were obtained by the Twitter users under the old system. Now, the company has started removing the legendary blue ticks of the users who have not subscribed to Twitter Blue.
