How Google may solve ‘unwanted calls’ problem with AI on Pixel Call Screen

Google is planning to use conversational AI to solve issues related to spam and robocalls on Pixel phone call screens. The company plans to create a protective and helpful layer at the front of incoming calls that could leverage conversational AI, according to Jonathan Eccles, the group product manager for the Phone by Google app.
