Elon Musk claims lawyers overbilled in fight to make him buy Twitter

Elon Musk's X Corp. is suing the lawyers of Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz, alleging the law firm overcharged Twitter by $90m while pushing Musk to complete his takeover of the social media company.
