Infosys gets a new HR head

Sushanth Tharappan, an Infosys veteran, will be the new head of human resources, replacing Richard Lobo. Tharappan held the position of senior vice president at the IT major and had previously been the chief people officer at the company's automation arm Edgeverve Systems. Prior to his appointment, Shaji Mathew was announced group head of human resources, taking over from Krishnamurthy Shankar. Infosys also revealed a 4-7% revenue growth forecast for fiscal year 2024, following its 95 large deals worth $9.8 billion last fiscal year.
