Infosys has completed its acquisition of Danske Bank's IT centre in India, after signing a $454 million contract with the Danish bank. The deal aims to accelerate Danske Bank's digital transformation initiatives and improve customer experiences. As part of the agreement, Infosys acquired the IT centre in Bengaluru, which employs 1,400 people.
